On August 16-17 2017 Siem Reap, the Inter Country – Adoption Administration
Collaborated with the OVC has conducted a training course on “Mainstream policy, standards, guidelines, domestic adoption, inter country – adoption procedures follow up the investment program planning communes/district” presided by H.E Chhay Vanna, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and H.E Song Hary Deputy Governor of Siem Reap.
The purpose of the training is mainstream policy, standards, guidelines and adoptions procedures to promote the care of children in the community relatives, foster care, group family, domestic adoption and inter country – adoption and encourage by supporting the technical for stakeholder to provide social services necessary for supporting OVC the children and families and to strengthen the implementation mechanism of the investment program and commune / district development plan for Social officer and committee of women and child at commune/district.
