On August 7-8, 2017, at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation., the Inter-Adoption Administration conduct a training course on strengthening the capacity of Inter Country-Adoption Administration Officers related to inter-country adoption word, presided by His Excellency Chhay Vanna, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
In order to increase the knowledge capability for inter-country adoption and relation staff on technical procedures and regulation framworks it has also shared experience of inter-country adoption from Holt international in Vietnam.
