On September 21, 2018, at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation., the Inter-Adoption Administration conduct a training course on Capacity building on child alternative care and Inter-Country Adoption, presided by H. E Soung Menglong, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
The Workshops were organized to raise awareness and strengthen the capacity of Inter-Adoption Administration Officer and relevant officer working on alternative care inter-country adoption procedure and another legal framework.
