On November 20 to 24, 2017 H. E Chhay Vanna Under Secretary of State headed a delegation of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation joined a study visited regarding the adoption at the Kingdom of Thailand. The purpose is discussed and learn more about the domestic and inter-country adoption procedures, and share experiences on child welfare and adoption of both country.
